Maison Chouf is a food concept Rashad started at La Colline where he serves our guests dinner upon request.

Rashad will be cooking authentic dishes using local and organic ingredients from the Bourgogne, and also ones that he brings with him from the Chouf Mountains, where he grew up such as bio olive oil and home-made spices. 

You can choose to have your dinner with your party (or by yourself if you are coming alone) in your guesthouse, or you may be in the mood for an evening picnic and have your dinner anywhere in the field...get creative in any way you like :)

Lebanes Night's menu:

The menu changes every now and then

- Hummus

- Labneh with mint

- Fattoush salad with pomegranate molasses dressing

- Bread

- Shish Tawook (bbq chicken skewers)

- Orange blossom vanilla ice cream

Table d'hôte (1 main course dinner on request):

Sometimes our guests don't feel like cooking or going to a restaurant and instead want to enjoy a nice meal at their guesthouse. That's possible. We love food and we cook almost every night for ourselves. If you feel like taking a break from organizing dinner for yourselves, the chances are we have a tasty dish for you. You can book your meal 1 day in advance. We will serve you 1 main course of what we make that day.

If you like to have wine with your dinner, or for any other day, we have a small selection of delicious wines from local wineries. Ben will be happy to assist you.
